Groomers beware! This is grooming. 25 years of scissoring, clipping, wrestling… Now I have carpal tunnel in both hands. But this will not stop me. Anyone just getting into grooming, make sure you take care of your body. Work out regularly, try and eat the best way you can. And make sure you do hand and wrist exercises regularly. I did all of that but probably not enough. Watch your grip, keep your arms in so you don’t ruin your shoulders, just be aware. Also wear protective ear and eye wear!
